In this video we teach about Tax Sale Investing in the State of New York.  New York sells both tax liens and tax deeds.  Tax liens are priority liens against real estate that an investor purchases in exchange for interest on their money.  Tax deeds transfer the ownership of real estate due to failure to pay property taxes.
